Well, it sounds like this will be an unpopular answer, but I LOVE the ad, even though I too have been a fan of hers for years. I thought it was great to see her dancing to AC/DC. I thought it showed a spirit of fun (as did the movie the clip came from) and think she would have appreciated it also in that spirit.
I don't understand why people don't think she would like it! It is still her dancing, she was cutting loose in the movie and I think it fits quite well with the commercial. Why would she be offended at people paying homage to her?

Audrey Hepburn was such an amazing woman. I dont know if the commercial portrayed her beauty and grace as it probably could have. I think she looked more comical in the commercials. I still enjoyed it though.

Love Audrey, love the ad. Sad to say I do not usually shop at the Gap, but I cannot wait to get my skinny black pants. I've been waiting for the style to come back. I'm sure I could wait a little longer and get a pair at Wal-mart or Target.

I love Audrey Hepburn, she is so classic and always looked fantastic. That Gap ad though, I really can't stand it. I wish they would have done something more class, just like she had.

I love the commercial and think it's hilarious! I think she would have hated it for using her like that but would have appreciated it's originality. I mean, talk about complete opposites!
My biggest problem with the commercial though is that AC/DC has now sold out as so many other music artists have. I do wish that they would quit doing that.

I LOVE the ad...she was a very unique & expressive individual. I think that she would appreciate the humor behind it and wouldn't want people to be so uptight about it.

It's a huge disservice to her, it makes me want the pants, but I wish they chose a better choice of music. She's an icon and all, but dead people should be allowed to be dead. I will buy black skinny pants perhaps, but not from GAP. I don't like seeing her through a Kaleidoscope, it made her look not as beautiful and graceful as she deserves to be remembered.

I don't like it. It doesn't seem her style. She probably would be outraged. I don't think it is good to use the dead especially actors like Audry Hepburn as a marketing gimmick. They make her look anorexic and dorky.
