Are you absolutely positive when you are ovulating? You could have miscalcualted or perhaps it just hasn't happened yet. How long is it you've been trying? Each time you try I believe you only have around a 1 in 3 odds of concieving, and the more months go by the higher your odds get. Maybe you and your husband should get checked out at the doctor to make sure everything is good with the both of you, other than that it usually takes most couples 4 months to a year before they actually concieve, keep trying and God will bless you when He feels fit, Good Luck!

How long have you been trying? I went through fertility treatments to conceive my son. I learned that the AVERAGE length of time it takes to conceive, (and this is with a woman that ovulates like clockwork,) is 5 months. That means some will conceive sooner, and some later. If you haven't conceived in 1 year, then it is considered "infertility". Note: the word "infertility" doesn't mean that you CAN'T get pregnant, it just means that you might have a problem and need help. It probably wouldn't hurt for you to try an ovulation predictor kit to make sure you have your ovulation time correct. If you haven't conceived after 6 months of trying, talk to your gyno about it.

You may have other problems beyond getting the sex timing right, however this is my suggestion: You need to focus on the 2 to 3 days BEFORE you usually ovulate. Sperm can live in your body for up to 3 days, and it's better that it's already present when you ovulate. Makes it much easier for conception to happen. And just elevate your hips after sex, you don't have to be upside-down unless you want a headache, lol. Good luck!

I know its hard, I have women come to me all the time struggling to fall pregnant - it took me 2 years but that is nothing compared to your efforts.
There's a couple of things you could try....have you ever had your cervical mucus tested? Maybe it is too acidic for the sperm to survive? If you don't get enough cervical mucus around ovulation or it is to acidic then you could try Preseed which is a sperm friendly lubricant.
Also don't bother turning yourself upside down......Quote from Ovusoft website (leading fertility author Toni Weschler: "But don’t use a large pillow, or you may sabotage your efforts, since the sperm may then puddle behind your cervix. Not a good place to be when trying to reach that egg." Just use a small pillow to tilt your hips slightly.
Hope that helps - Good luck and baby blessings

When I was married to my first husband I never got pregnant in the five years we were together. When I got with my second husband I decided to try something I had heard about. After sex, I propped my butt up on a pillow. I stayed there all night. I did this two days before I was supposed to start my period. The results were a beautiful little girl nine months later. I hope this works for you as well.

maybe u r trying too hard. try to think of making love as a union between you n partner instead of a baby making programme. i was in the same position as you 5 years ago and all set to start an ivf programme when i conceived myself much to the shock and delight of both ourselves and other family members.go to the doctor to get your hormone balance checked every 21 days after u period. iam doing so at the moment as i am having trouble conceiving again, so good luck.

Well, I don't thing you can really do anything wrong besides not have sex, when trying to conceive. I think the rule of thumb is to consult a doctor if you don't conceive after a year of trying. Good luck and RELAX! THAT could be the problem!

the key is to have fun will doing it and to be sure you have an orgasm at the same time or that you have one right after his. your cervix acts as a suck-shone cup and when you have an orgasm it sucks up sperm this is how they get into the uterus and have the chance to fertilize the egg.you ovulate 7days after your monthly.by the way standing on the head is a mith

You can have a blood test on the 21st day of yur cycle to make sure that you are ovulating...start taking clomid...have hubby tested....have an HSG to make sure that there are no blockages. Make sure that all your bases have been covered.
