No. That was Ray Nagin and the corrupt Levee Commissions who spent the money dedicated to fixing the levees on other matters figuring the federal government would step in and do it. Oops, I guess they never heard of states' powers in Lousianna.

No way man it was aliens. I saw them they came out of the sky and shot some sorta laser beam at the levys. I got pictures. No wait these are of the kids at the beach. But this one,, no these were our wedding night, oh wow I can't believe we got into that position and still held the camara.

that is an out and out lie. mother nature took over and punsihed those that live below sea level....honestly how dumb do you have to be to rebuild below sea level...it will happen again. i used to have sympathy for these families, but i lost it when they've been so loud. they get more help during a disaster than the poor farmers do when they go broke during a drought. boo freakin hoo.

They failed because BushCo did'nt give them the money for the upgrades when they asked for it. And by the way, many poor white people died as well. Blaming Iran is absurd...
