Most likely it is. For cramps you can take Midol or Pamprin and drink a lot of water. Don't eat/drink a lot of caffeine or salt because it makes the cramps worse and you retain water. Also, exercise can help, rather than just laying around when you are sore.

Everything your going through is perfectly normal for your time of life. For cramps the best thing I have found is a hot water bottle, obviously this isn't always possible if you are scholl or something. Sounds like your period will be on it's way soon as all the other things you have described are normal for when female hormones kick in.

Yep, it sounds like you're going to start having periods soon.
To be on the safe side, you might want to start carrying a sanitary napkin with you. (Put it in something so if it falls out of your purse, people won't know what it is.) My breasts were sore at least 2 yrs. before I had my 1st period. (It was time to go shopping for bras.) I never did have cramps, so I can't help you there.

Talk to your parents and let them know what you are experiencing they will take you to a doctor for a check up.
