light bleeding could be implantation bleeding. However, the baby wouldn't be in your stomach at this point, it starts in your pelvic area where your uterus is located and as it grows it moves up. It will take a while before you can actually feel it in your stomach. It could be something else if you are feeling hard spots, possibly serious. I would go to the doc. and have a blood test done and have him/her check you out to make sure it isn't anything serious. I hope everything works out for you!

You could be, but it could also be other things. Take a pregnancy test and if it is negative, make an appointment with your ob/gyn to get things checked out. Good luck!
