I have dial up service (unfortanetely) aol. i was just wondering there is a thing out on the net now that pops up on your screen and tells you who is calling, so you can choice to disconnect and take the call if you want to does anyone know the name of the company? or anything about it. Thanks

I think AOL offers such a service, but I believe you must also subscribe to caller ID with the phone company.

Its called Callwave. I've had it for 3 years. Its very good. Costs $15 a year and you have to arrange with phone company to give you call forward service. This can cost 1.50 to 2.00 a month so complete cost is $3 to $4 a month. Apply on the internet to callwave.com
