A Very Nice Prince from "Into the Woods"
I Know Him So Well from "Chess"
A Boy Like That/I Have a Love from "West Side Story" (not very upbeat LOL)

Wicked has a few good ones -- "What is this feeling" is funny and not difficult . . . Also from Wicked "The Wizard and I," "One Short Day," and "Thank Goodness"
"I Enjoy Being a Girl" from Flower Drum Song isn't a duet, but easy to split and very fun, upbeat, and easy to dance to
"Money" from Cabaret is amazing, even though it's written for a man, but is very fast and could be hard to learn. I'd find sheet music from the movie (with Joel Grey and Liza Minelli) b/c the MC and Sally Bowles do this as a duet in the movie.
There aren't as many female duets, but the ones out there are good. There's one from Guys and Dolls which is brillaint, but for the life of me I can't remember the name . . .
"Ohio" from Wonderful Town is very fun, and kind of silly.
That's all I can think of right now, I hope you guys find a great piece!

You could have a lot of fun singing and staging the song "If Mama Was Married" from the show "Gypsy."
There are a couple of really great female duets from a show called "The Magic Show." Stephen Schwartz (Pippin, Godspell, Wicked) did the music/lyrics. The female duets are "Solid Silver Platform Shoes" and "Two's Company." They may be difficult to find, but I think you'll enjoy them.

"Sisters" from "White Christmas" w/ Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye & Rosemary Clooney... it's great. My best friend and I did it for a concert... way fun. I might even be able to email you the sheet music if you twist my arm REALLY hard... Also...
"Popular" from the Broadway play, "Wicked"... a bit more of a solo, but you could split it up into more parts... also WAY fun and upbeat.
If you wanted to be super corny you could totally do the cross dressing thing and do "Summer Nights" from "Grease." It's a little over-done, but can still be done right.
These are my top three thoughts... can't think of any more right now, but you got me thinking... will post more if I can think of any... Good luck and have fun!

My recommendation is "what is this feeling" in depraved. The feeling is loathing, btw. On the grounds that noone would have an understanding of that it's between the depraved witch of the West and G(a)linda, certainly one of you might costume up punky or gothy, and the other one preppy.

The one that springs immediately to mind for me is: "Anything You Can Do (I Can Do Better)" – a well-known duet between "Frank" and "Annie" (both female parts) from ANNIE GET YOUR GUN.
