You can get the degree if a university will let you in. However, as others have suggested, you're unlikely to get a good job in your field with a felony record.
Also, you weren't in prison for a drug "charge," I assume -- I assume it was a drug "conviction." If you're thinking about a criminal-justice career, you might as well use the lingo correctly.

most states that are in high demand and u have a clean record for the last 5 years and have a degree in criminal justice would be very easy to get a job....

I wasn't aware that the universities cared about a criminal background. It may be difficult to get a law enforcement job with a felony, however.

Yes, and it would help get you jobs around but not in the law, be forgiven in the land of the free, well you weren't free to do whatever you did why would you believe the rest of it?
