As a general stereotype, yes they do tend to be hairy. However, genes can change that. Greasy? Well, I sure hope not!

All humans have 1 of 4 skin types: Normal, Dry, Oily, or Combination. If they have Oily skin, or even Combination, then yes a person may appear "greasy". But that applies to all types of people, including Italian. If a person just doesn't take care of himself, then again he will appear more greasy.

Now all men, in general, do have more oil in their skin. Part of that is just in their chemical makeup. But being hairy can in turn also produce more sweat, which again makes a person appear greasy.

Sorry, there is no clear cut answer. But there are many factors that can contribute.

Nope. I'm half Italian and my brother isn't hairy or greasy. Most of my guy-friends are Italian, and they aren't hairy or greasy either. Some of them can be a bit hairy, but never greasy unless you meet an unusually dirty and gross one.
