When do you think it is time to draw the line? I think you are too fat when you stand on the bathroom scale and it breaks under pressure. Hows about you?

You know you are FAT when:

1) You can't wipe your a-s-s.

2) You crack the bathtub just standing in it.

3) Someone else has to put your socks and shoes on for you.

4) You wear out a mattress every 30 days.

Don't laugh, I'm getting a Gastric Bypass in a few weeks!!

I think u know when youve crossed the line when your ankles, knees, or legs start hurting. And also when you look in the mirror and see some extra starting to form around your thighs stomach and your arms. Since our country is already obese i dont think most people worry about it. However they should because too much weight can cause diabetes, heart attack, stoke, and horrible arthritis. Dont get me wrong every one has a line drawn somewhere but i think you'll know when you've crossed it

1) The back of you neck looks like a pack of franks.
2) All your shoes are slip on's.
3)You eat dinner with a pitch fork.
4)You get charged double for airline seats.
5)Your sweat looks like apple sauce.
6)Your mama gives you a turkey with candles in it on B days.
7)You tried to order Vonage, with cheese.
8)You have to shower with aerosol soap.
9) When you chew, your eyes shut.
10) You go to the beach and sell shade

Uhhh well, it takes about 400 lbs.to break something like that right? So yeah I would consider that being on the fat side. I think that anything over 240 is fat...170-230 is plesantly plump...230-240 is pushing the fat boarder line.....anything below 125 is anerexic, and 125-170 is perfect. But thats just me....I like em thick lol

when your sitting on the couch everysingle day for 10 years( you know your over weight) and haven't eatin' healthy for the longest time, and still live with your mother.

you can't see your feet

you eat more than 5 times a day

i think im fat when the bathroom scale shows me im heavier or when my frds tell me the clothes im wearin which normally fit dosent fit on tht day or when i think some of my areas r gainin fat when im lookin into the mirror naked

you are unhealthy, your joints hurt, you eat for fun and not nurishment...

People think losing weight is just for looks... it's also a health issue. So if you need to lose weight... think of it adding years to your life rather than just getting a smaller size.

when you've got 2 force yourself sideways through the door, u tilt the car when seated, u occupy 2 seat completely on any public passenger vehicle
