Judicial work is not a simple administartive work, so the authority must take care in all above issues if there is any descrimination or selectiveness of teh authority whether public can know the reason for such act? WHy judiciary can not be covered under the right to information or discloser of information principal so that public can know that why some one is selected or not selected as a judge and what are the criteria for selection, posting, transfer, actions in case of misconduct and more particularly the expences being spend for them.

It's hard to translate your question into something answerable. Much information about the courts and judges is quite open, including financial disclosure forms and their salaries.

This is a touchy one these laws were passed by judges but they will/had t protect themselves in the process as every one does so just because they have a freedom to public knowledge you only find out what they want to know it is a item put in place as require by E U laws and they just do enough to make it look good you need a good journalist solicitor to exercise your rights Dave
