Of course. The same way you download music, ony the DVD disc is used instead of the audio CD.

It should be in your browser's cache memory. Depending on which browser you are using, there are different way to access the cache. In Microsoft Explorer, Tools> Internet Options> Settings> View Files> and you are there. Best way to make sure that the file is there is to revisit the site or refresh it. To narrow you search click on the size tab on top, so that all the files are in ascending or descending order. Find the file you are looking for and click and drag it to your desktop.
