Helium has no chemical reactivity. It is inert also called a noble gas. Helium is a chemical.

Noi, it would not be correct at all. Helium IS a chemical, specifically an element, more specifically a noble gas.

Noble gases have no free valence electrons, so there is no easy way for them to form compunds; perhaps this is what you meant. But that is not to say they NEVER form compunds; there are certain molecules which form 'scaffolding' that completely encloses atoms of noble gases and therefore creates compunds with them although they do not react directly or chemically bond together.

What do you mean "has no chemical"? I think you mean that helium has no chemical compound. That is true, since helium, along with neon, argon, and krypton are "noble gases", have completed outer shell electons and do not bond to other elements to form compounds.

on the chemical chart as He, a gas that after prolong inhaling will displace oxygen and carbon dioxide causing asphyxiation and rupture lungs. So the new fad of helium parties is stupid.

Helium is a chemical, it doesn't "have" anything
