It means it breathes without forced induction ie: supercharger,turbocharger. nitrous does not count since it is not forcing air into the engine.

It doesn't use a turbocharger or supercharger to push more air into the engine.

It sucks. (really!) There are no components that force air into the combustion chambers, i.e; superchargers, turbochargers, etc.

uses natural resources to make the engine go. (intake/headers/exhaust..ect...)
