My mozilla firefox won't work...but internwt explorer works fine..but sometimes the browser just shuts off for not reason and it gives me the an option to send the report from a little window that pops up..and sometimes the whole computer restarts...HELP!!

Go to your Control Panel, click on "Add or Remove Programs," and un-install firefox.

Then go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ and re-install it. It should work then.

Firefox is a great browser, but it does tend to be a bit unstable at times. If you're getting it where it just crashes repeatedly, uninstall, download the latest version, and reinstall.

It sounds like you could have a virus to me: "whole computer restarts."
When, if you get this fixed, you realy need to stick with Firefox though.

this has happened to me so all i did was uninstall and reinstall firefox. but then a couple months later it started doing it again. so i just uninstalled it and use internet explorer now.

iam backwards
my internet esplorer shuts down
and ma firefox works fine

try reinstalling it,funny somthing happens in my IE and FireFox,when I try to open them it shows me some kind of codes

delete firefox there is spyware and adware in it , and just use iternet explorer.
