I made own outfit last year. I used white chiffon and made this sexy little fairy outfit, i left the ends of the material tattered, and used powdered eyeshadow. I painted my whole body in all these glittery colors. It was awesome, I had so many phone numbers at the end of the night, it was crazy. My hair was very short, so, it went with the whole fairy thing, i colored it red for halloween. I live near the coast, so I was able to find some rope slippers to wear. I also used eyelash glue, and put jewel designs on all different spots on my body. I used a couple of different crystal designs I found at Claire's and differnet craft stores too. It was fun!
I also had small fresh flowers pinned to parts of the dress....it was cute!

French maid is a classic costume. It always gets attention but it is kinda old school. Spice it up with crotchless panties and nipple piercing. I might try that myself.
