Does anyone know how to transfer case from one state to another..?

I need to know how to transfer a case from maryland to north carolina. The other party in the case in already liveing in north carolina. I would like to know how to get are case seen down there in court. Where do i go and how do i do it and does anyone know about how i can get in contact with legal aid in jacksonville north carolina.
