Rabbits can eat watermelon in small doses.

I've checked a few lists and don't see watermelon on any of them as a recommended fruit for rabbits. I've never given it to ours as they have never liked cantaloupe (which is on some lists).
With any food you want to be sure that you only give a very tiny taste the first time and then wait 24 hours before giving it again. That way you'll know if the new food upset your bunny's stomach.
Watermelon like any fruit is considered a treat and should be limited.

Yes, rabbits can have watermelon (No Seeds!!), and most love it. Just remember that fruits should only be offered as treats, and should be given sparingly. Giving too much can give your bunny an upset tummy and can cause the runs which isn't good.

rabbits will eat a lot of things they shouldn't. Watermelon is ok as an ocassional treat. It's high in sugar so your rabbit could get fat. I suggest you go to http://www.rabbit.org and do a search for foods to check.

My rabbits love watermelon. Fiber should be the biggest part of thier diet though. I think strawberrys are at the top of my rabbits list though.

We grew watermellons & shipped them out by the truck loads. Yes, rabbits love mellons.

yea the can mine loves the peel dont know why but they can eat anything they want even their own doodoo i swear i used to beat her for that but i asked the vet and its normal they loves fruits and greens veggies they love to romena lettuce, dont give them too much carrots it gives the the runs and so do fried foods
