Currently, the only C-eligible in my roster includes

D. Milicic
T. Chandler
K. Brown

They certainly provide rebounds and blocks, and a little bit on scoring. But someone told me I need help at C.

Should I go grab Lafrentz? Przybilla? Ratliff? Wilcox and Frye are still up there. Frye should be reliable in scoring right. what do u think

My roster:
C. Paul
K. Hinrich
R. Felton
P. Pierce
Josh Smith
R. Artest
Luol Deng
Marvin Williams (just dropped R. Foye)
David West
D. Gooden
D. Milicic
Kwame Brown
T. Chandler

While there probably isnt much you can do (even though you should drop Kwame and pick up Frye), you need to realize this very important point in fantasy basketball

Basketball centers = football running backs

The main reason is that there are so few centers/rb's and they get alot of points in a number of categories (points, blocks, rebounds, fg%).

Each NBA team has 12 active players and generally, at the most, will have 3 guys on their roster that have center eligibility. And how many really good centers are there. Looking at Yahoo's list of Centers, there are only 5 good true centers (no forward eligibility): Yao Ming, Brad Miller, Ben Wallace, Marcus Camby and Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Sorry, Shaq doesnt count because he can only play 50-60 games, his numbers have decreased each of the last 4 seasons, and now that he won w/o Kobe, does he really have anything left to prove?

That leaves about 10 top flight PF/C that you can use at the C spot, but takes away from your forwards. And one of these 10, Pao Gasol, is out for the next 4 months.

So, much like the issue of too few RB's in fantasy football, there are just too few Centers in fantasy basketball.

Id drop Kwame' Brown an t. Chandler and pick up J. Przybilla and Channing Frye. They will definitely upgrade your defense and scoring.

Grab Wilcox now!!! Chandler and Kwame are useless. Try and swing a trade for Rasheed. He has F/C eligibility and hits a lot of 3's which you desperately need.
