The u.s. has not yet signed the treaty due to 'suspicious' activity on the alien planet. Ariel photographs have shown a 'suspicious' building wich many experts have concluded 'could be used for just about anything'. The u.s. has asked the u.n to impose sanctions on the alien planet until they can find a reason to invade, failure to comply fully with the sanctions will be a reason to invade, fully complying with the sanctions will imply their eager to hide something and will be a reason to invade. Britain has agreed to aide the u.s. in any way it can because 'it makes us look big'. 'Any invasion will be swift and painless as possible, we'll probably only be there a few months' a senior military spokesman said.
