My daughter did not get her first tooth until after her 1st birthday. And at 16 months, she is finally getting a good mouthful. I'm assuming he has a doctors appointment next month (15month checkup), ask the doctor then and see what they think. Could still be normal.

any child that do not have tooth development beyond 12 months require a throuogh work up for any metabolic or genetic disorder.

See your pediatrician ASAP, don't wait anymore. It is serious. Good luck.

Yeah it is not normal but every child is created defferently

Try waiting another 2 months.

I would check with the pediatrician. They may even refer him to a pediatric dentist & they will do xrays.

wow, that is quite old...but i heard the longer they can hold out, the greater shape the teeth are in.
