Lol, good question. It's true that Homer has shown short spurts of intelligence, but the dumb things Homer does are way more idiotic that the dumb things Peter does.

Peter Griffin of course, did he not get drunk once so they could see if the statue of liberty would take her clothes off..I think that is how it went..or how about the time he got lois fat..she had to have lypo..and he gets busted humping the fat they sucked out of her...pretty dumb but I still love it.
