It's funny how all the LIBS (communists) where all on board 100% right after 9/11. And they all knew the intel about Iraq was not 100% guaranteed, They still passed all those resolutions and passed all those funding bills and gave the president absolute power....and now they are complaining about it and saying it was wrong and we need to pull out....Oh I'm sorry.... almost forgot....It's an election year....Time to waffle and flip flop again.

They don't care about that. Cheney, Rummy, Wolfie, and the other Hitler Youth (neocons) think that they are smart enough to mold a country, then a region, and finally the world into whatever they want it to be.
Of course, none of them know the anything about social science, but they are arrogant enough think that ... if they think it.. it has to be right.
When you combine the power they have, with the arrogance they demonstrate - you get people who don't readily admit failure.
Then, if you add stupidity to their list of characteristics - you get...the Bush administration and extended family.
Think of the Republican leadership this way: picture the most spoiled brat you have ever known - and then imagine what would happen if you gave them unlimited money and the US military to play with.
You end up exactly where we are. With wackos who will always think they are right, even if they have to kill every one of us to prove it.

Have you actually read the entire document as it has been released? I haven't either so I will withhold comment so as not to look stupid. But, answer me this. Do you think that maybe taking one sentence from one paragraph of a 40 page document that was leaked to the leftist newspapers might not be the best way to make a point?

Wow you've heard or read three sentences from the 45-page NIE and you can reach an authoritative opinion on the matter. If I read your last three Answers will I know everything I need to know who you really are?
Perhaps the opinions of those who leaked selected passages of the NIE were not representative of its ACTUAL conclusion?

Apparently, the war in Iraq has NOT kept the war from coming back to our shores...
We've gotten some good luck that we haven't lost thousands more american lives HERE.
