Does any body out there have minibike?

I have a minibike and the chains master lock keeps coming off as im riding. Also the brakes arent in very good comdition how can I fix this problem I need to get the phuker up and runing.

as far as the master lock goes get a new one and let somebody else put it on, you may just be the problem when it comes to that...with the brakes, clean em, adjust em
