Uh, not unless you are having a miscarriage. You can't be pregnant and have a heavy period at the same time. Since a period is literally the shedding of your uterine lining that does not bide well with fetuses. It's possible to bleed every month while pregnant and to think it's a period but, usually such bleeding is not heavy and women who mistake it for a period either don't know their bodies very well or have always had unusually light periods.

it could be a micarriage if your cramps are so bad that you can't bare it although you can be pregnant and still get your period it can be heavy or light some people have periods the whole time they're pregnant but it hardly ever happens or you can have like a 1-4 day period and still be pregnant good luck

Yes it is possible. My cousin had a heavy period twice throughout her pregnancy. After your period is over I would schedule an appointment because it is possible that you are pregnant and your body is trying to get rid of the fetus.

It certainly is. It is not common, but it is very possible to have a period each month the whole time you are pregnant!
