Sheer white eyeshadow all over.
Use black liquid eye-liner to make a thick line, and wing it out at the end. Christina Aguilara does this alot, so look for a picture of her with exaggerated eye liner as and example.
Reddish lipstick.
Pinkish blush.
Use eye liner to obviously shape and groom your brows.

Glitter the big sun glasses, vivid colored make up in general. Try to get a friend to act like the paprazzi and keep taking pictures of you.. That would be funny

I'd get some really flashy costume jewelry, put your hair up nicely and do some dramatic makeup - great idea for a costume!

i would get pearls ( you can never go wrong w/ them) and do dramatic hairstyle like marilyn monroe or audrey hepburn, someone glamour old hollywood star from the 40's and 50's. oh yeah, and a gold cuff bracelet, and a scarf shawl thingy around your arms for the full effect.
