They are small. And I sometimes get these unpoppable things under my skin(On the chin area and on the forehead above the eyebrow area) When pushed down they kind of move around under my finger. Any ideas?

I really have no idea. However, I would advise you to see a doctor, or if you are in high school, see the school nurse. That way you will be getting some professional medical advice and not advice from people on this site who may not know what they are talking about.

It's still acne. The little ones are clogged but uninfected pores, maybe blackheads or whiteheads (like blackheads, but not black). The large bumps are deeply infected pores--don't try to pop these or you'll get bruising and scars!
