ok this old Mandalay Bay uniform is similar to mine on the bottom part. i wear pantyhose too, so should i wear anything under that besides the pantyhose like a thong or anything?

That's up to you.
Personally, I would get hose with a cotton crotch and leave any additional panties at home. I wouldn't want to take the chance of having any lines showing, or the worry of anything slipping or riding up during the night.

I think it would be more appropriate to wear a thong. At least this way your underwear won't show through your pantyhose. It's also better to wear something than nothing underneath. You never know when little accidents can happen if you don't.

I'd want a little more coverage in the crotch area than just a thong, I mean that's a lot of chafing for your delicate areas. Try maybe string bikini, and safety-pin the waist band to the waist of the hose to make darn sure that it doesn't show.

If I was you I'd be worried about all that fabric rubbing up on you and causing discomfort. The panty hose with a cotton crotch sounds like a good idea.

Mostly it's just finding material that doesn't leave overt panty lines.
(Why I'm even answering this question or acting as if I'm an expert on panty lines is beyond me.)

I would wear a thong, just so it wouldn't feel so weird, because that would feel a little weird to me! Underwear, no; thong, yes!
