I'm not sure what you mean. But if you had them taken off and their unhealthy now because of the acrylics that you had. You just have to wait until they grow out and get healthier. What I do is.. I will get them done a few times and then I will take them off or have them taken off and then give them some time to get stronger, before I get them done again. Acrylic nails are really bad for you natural nails. They look good. Other then that I don't think there is anything else you can do to make them healthy.

Are you asking how to smooth your nails after you've taken the acrylics off? If so, I have an answer.

You know those giant nail buffer/file things you get from the drug store? It has 4 sides...and two of them is to buff and shine your actual nail...not just the tips. This will help smooth out the area. Next, buy a smoother base coat. Rimmel has a nail polish called "Ridge Filler Base Coat". It's awsome. Place a couple of coats on your nails, and you're good to go!!

Revivanail. U can get from ur nail salon or actually Sally Beauty Supply carries it but its called Renuanail and is like 8 bucks but it has the exact same ingredients. I used to use it personally and for nail clients with or without acrylic damage.

If you haven't removed the nails yet try soaking them off with pure acetone, it's less stress on your nail beds. But if you have already removed them, I always give my nails a peroxide soak to prevent fungus and help with the soreness. Then I apply about 2 coats of the Sally's Hard as Nails strengthener and wear that for about 2 weeks. You should be good to go after that!

Try to eat Jello. It has something in it good for nails. and you can get a product called Living Nails that my friend uses. She is a surgical nurse, and has her hands in water a lot in one day. You put it on before you do polish.

Time. They will grow out. I used Nutra Nail 5 to 7 day growth formula (it's green, and you rub it into your nails) on what was left of mine after the last time, and believe me, it WAS the last time!
