I have a 1995 Volvo 850 with 76,400 miles. When I drive on the highway I smell sulfur. Is there something wrong with my car?

Once again, close but no cigar!!! " Sulfer " or " rotten egg " smell is almost always an indicator of a lean mixture in the combustion chamber. Possible causes include.... Restricted fuel filter, kinked or restricted fuel line, plugged fuel injectors, faulty fuel pump, low quality fuel. It's best to have it diagnosed before more damage occurs as a result of a lean burn condition.

Most likely a Catalyst problem. If you are getting a rotten egg
type smell you may need to visit your local repair shop or
Muffler Shop. But don't just fix the problem but check into the
cause of the problem....ie..oxygen sensor, faulty injectors etc..

Have your catalytic converter checked out.

Or you could stop eating pickled hard boiled eggs.
