I live in syracuse, ny and would like to donate unsold items

There is a GREAT organization that started as a grassroots thing and grew not all over the U.S., but other parts of the world. Its called Freecycle. You simply find your local community on their site and post anything that you wish to give away for free. A great way to keep things out of the dump and give to others. Your junk is someone's treasure. Here's a link. I hope you check it out. It is a free service.

Salvation army or goodwill.....they will pick up but it has to be over a certain amount..they are not going to come out for any reason. They also have the right to deny pick of up any items if they don't like what they see.

I would just try to give them to a church for a white elephant sale or something.

The Salvation Army does in my area. Yhey set up an appointment and send out a truck.

Don't know about Syracuse, but in my town the "Purple Heart" will come pick stuff up.

try a womens shelter, goodwill or just sit it on the curb and people will pick it up
