It's for Kabbalah, and the red bracelet is to ward off all evil or negative energy from her. Kinda like the blue evil eye found in Turkey and Greece.

Is it Kabbala? (Madonna's religion?) I didn't see the bracelet. Ifit's one of those rubber ones, then it probably stands for something else.
