Try to massage your scalp w/ some olive oil once a day before you take a bath then wash your hair w/ anti dandruff shampoo (pls.you can wash your hair often as you want but don't use shampoo often, use shampoo once every two days) its also recommended to comb your hair during washing(do it when you lather your shampoo onto your hair)use the tiny teeth comb, the idea is to eliminate the loosed dandruff on your hair and it will help to massage your scalp as well...you have to use clean towel to dry your hair all the time, pls set aside a dryer for quite sometimes as it usually cause our scalp damaged and dried up. Don't use any gel or hair spray during the session instead apply a tiny bit of olive oil again on your scalp, massage it gentle...the idea is to close the open pores on our scalp w/c open when we wash our hair. Before you sleep give a few strokes of comb on your hair and scalp, this will help our scalp to relax before going to bed.
It's important to give our self a total love and care..........I hope my little advice will help you in any way.

Use head and shoulders of course and see how it works,if not, use an anti-dandruff shampoo from the supermarket or the chemist!

Don't use anything like Head and Shoulders, that just keeps the cycle alive. If you are taking hot showers, you may want to switch to cold showers. Look into natural soap and/or shampoo. And if you use hair products try to switch to more natural hair products or better yet, don't use anything for a while. You should see results.

use head and shoulders, if that doesn't work- try not to wash your hair everyday. usually dandruff is caused by drying of the scalf from not getting enough oils in the head.
