google restless leg syndrome, or RLS. They make a medicine for that called reliquip..but I find if I work out alot during the day, my legs don't bother me so much at night. Or, I have my husband lay on my legs and roll up and down them. That really works...

START TO RELAX YOUR TOES, THEN YOUR ANKLES, AND WORK YOUR WAY UP YOUR LEGS TO YOUR KNEES. IT DOES HELP TO GET THEM TO RELAX. TRY IT.YOU CAN KEEP GOING AND DO YOUR WHOLE BODY. A GOOD WAY TO GET TO SLEEP.
