when molten rock gushes out it would be a volcano. If it happens at at sea it could form a new island. A glacier is ice flow and an earthquake is one where two earth plates grind past against each other either vertically or horizontally and violently giving way.

Well, now that you've called me a nerd I'm not so sure I want to help you. So I'll only narrow it down for you: Earthquake is possible. Volcano is possible. (Hint, "earthquake" is not a geologic "feature." It's a seismic event.)

Actually, it's none of the above.
What you describe would be a lava flow (or floe). Volcanoes generally form from vents, not cracks.
