Firstly, that's GREAT that you want to work towards recovery! That's a huge first step.
Nobody should have to work through recovery alone. I would recommend finding a therapist who specializes in eating disorders, and possibly a nutritionist as well. Group treatment can also be vrey helpful. I am including links to search for an ED specialist, nutritionist, as well as support groups/group therapy.
Good luck! You can do it. :)

Theres definitely not something incorrect with what you assert. particular, you may exchange your strategies as you become older. I felt a similar way whilst i became your age yet now that i'm with somebody i admire very lots i'm excited for the destiny to have a kinfolk, a job i admire and to with any luck have a son. Heres some thing my stable buddy reported the different day, only because of the fact your mum and dad stay a existence that doesnt attraction to you, doesnt advise your going to stay a similar existence. you're your individual guy or woman, make existence the type you like it and what makes you happy, and if traveling, earning funds makes you happy then so be it. stable luck!

Accountability!!! Tell someone you trust about this problem, and ask them to check up on you regularly. Ask someone who you know will follow through. One of my best friends had bulimia, and though she would get uncomfortable whenever I asked her when the last time she threw up was, I think it was helpful to her. Also, have some kind of distraction. I'm not sure what the time was, but my friend said there was an "optimal time" after eating for throwing up. So, if you can, maybe try to arrange to be with other people around that time. To lose weight, fill up on lots of fruits/veggies, drink water instead of juice or pop, and get some mild exercise. But, be careful. Obsessive excercising often goes along with eating disorders and is not good for you either.

Get into treatment immediately. There's a lot involved here, including the health of your heart, the lining of your heart, your teeth, a lot of things that this disease can impact. This is a life-threatening illness and you deserve to get the best treatment available so you can beat it. Check "eating disorders" and your city on the internet, and I bet you will find a place near you! Best wishes and take care.

A small walk each day will make you feel great and burn off a bit of fat. Try not to pig out on junk when you feal bad about yourself but also don't say you can't have it, just have a little bit at a time

Go for a very loooooong, slow walk every day- it won't burn so many calories that you can't stay healthy and recover, but you will feel good about excersising and not getting heavy (which you won't anyway, unless you eat siz tubs of ice cream a day).
