How long before I start seeing results from the exercises im doing?
Hi, On monday I decided to get into good shape. Im a boy, 16 years old, 5'11", and way about 166lbs. Im hoping to get to about 155-160lbs with in a week or two. Im eating very healthy and low fat foods. on monday, the 25th, I started working out. I do 20 push ups, and 30 crunches to the left, right and regular (30 of each). and I do these exercises about 4-5 times a day. Im hoping to get a 6 pack, and also have decent arm muccels. its only been 3 days, and im already seeing small results, and am happy so far. but I was wondering how long will it take to get to that 6 pack? and to get the muscles i want? my stomach is currently pretty thin, but I do have some "flab" on it. Please help me out with some advice. thanks alot guys -Nick

You asked this question before and as I told you - it's going take time before you develop a six pack. Don't be in a rush, just keep at it and you will one day get your wish.

In order for the "flab" to go away and reveal your abs, you have to add some cardio to your workouts. Even simple stuff like jogging for 15 minutes, 3 times a week will help. The cardio will slowly melt away the flab while the crunches bring out the abs.

that will take about ten times as much in the way of crunches per day to get them at all and you have to do it every day, and never stop.if you want your arms bigger you have to lift weights, even just the ten pound hand weights will help a lot

I got results from Taebo in one week. It does everything that weights and running does and even more actually. You gain power, strength, energy and focus, which leads you to a good foundation.
