Sleeve 60.00-80.00 bucks Machine shop 100.00 bucks to bore and install sleeve. Thats if you can take the cylinder off and reinstall it your self. If not and turn key job would cost 400.00 to 500.00 dollars

If you pull it apart and take a machinist the raw block... probably cost around $60 to $85. It also depends on the condition of the cylinder and if the old sleeve caused any damage. If you take the bike in and drop it off... labor will kill the project real quick.

Check LA Sleeve for price of liner, Wiseco for piston kit, add at least 2 to 3 hrs for labour add it up and thats how much it costs. Probably closer to $400 than 200. I used to resleeve all types of motors, not sure how far you can go with yours but Yamaha XT350 will go to 422cc, Honda 250 twin to 391cc and there are'standard' big bore kits available. Maybe Wiseco do a 2mm Oversize piston and you could just pay for parts and boring?

If you are VERY HOT and wear a white tank top with no bra, it will cost about $125. If you don't know anything about bikes, you will either have to put out, or come up with a good sob story. No matter what, have two crisp hundreds and a 12 pack of beer ready.
