Yes! just have to be careful that the rest of the outfit is not 80s. A miniskirt or jeans with a long top and a scarf belt would be totally retro. With boots.

If you wear them right, they'll always be in style. I love scarf belts myself, but just making sure that it fits with the whole outfit is the most important thing.
It's really in with a shiny top and a black or white scarf these days, with jeans and some stylin' boots to end it all off nicely.

Do you think that they look good? It shouldn't be a matter of "Is everyone else still wearing them?" It should be what you think. Try and bring back the style. Just some advice, don't wear what is in style, wear what you want to so you don't blend in, show people your personality through your clothing and how you look everyday!

Yes....especially if your wearing a montone outfit.....a flashy scarf tied around your waist makes a statement of elegance and pizazz......
