Hi, On monday I decided to get into good shape. Im a boy, 16 years old, 5'11", and way about 166lbs. Im hoping to get to about 155-160lbs with in a week or two. Im eating very healthy and low fat foods. on monday, the 25th, I started working out. I do 20 push ups, and 30 crunches to the left, right and regular (30 of each). and I do these exercises about 4-5 times a day. Im hoping to get a 6 pack, and also have decent arm muccels. its only been 3 days, and im already seeing small results, and am happy so far. but I was wondering how long will it take to get to that 6 pack? and to get the muscles i want? my stomach is currently pretty thin, but I do have some "flab" on it. Please help me out with some advice. thanks alot guys -Nick

Sorry to have to tell you this, but it's not going to happen in that time limit.
You don't realize that it takes a lot of time before you will see results like you want. There is no way of knowing just how long it will take, it varies by the individual. But keep at it and one day you will get the 6 pack you are seeking.

to make certain that the "flab" to bypass away and exhibit your abs, you may upload some cardio on your workouts. Even undemanding stuff like walking for 15 minutes, thrice each week will help. The cardio will slowly soften away the flab collectively as the crunches deliver out the abs.

if you dont feel a burn, then you aren't doing enough reps, so increase those and be sure to get plenty of rest, it is a physiological change that takes time. oh, and hit that water, ciao

GIVE YOURSELF AT LEAST A MONTH TO START NOTICING ANY CHANGE. JUST KEEP UP THE EXERCISES.
