Oh he'd be bothered alright, I also know he'd be a HUGE fan of E entertainment television and able to recognize sarcasm, something that obviously escapes you.

Nietzsche could care less.
The mere thought of having to decide this would cause him to write a book about the ethics and the morals of some distant Greek or Roman epic written in Latin and transcribed by the Australian Aborigines.

Well, I think that Nietzsche was pretty much a woman hater so he would definitely want to put them both on the couch as case studies. (I don't believe in the works that I have read personally that he even believed females had a 'real consciousness' in the manner a man has.) In any regard, in Lindsey he would see a narcissistic case study with promiscuous tendencies as she makes overt statements about her sexuality and lack of reason to seek only one mate to engage inthem with. In Hillary he would seem the same narcissistic tendencies but she seems to present herself as the sweeter (therefore more compliant female) so he would definitely side with Hillary.

If Nietzsche were still alive, he would have nothing to do with such minor, inconsequential drivel as a catfight between Lohan and Duff.
In fact, most celebrities, with their incipient mindless pablum, would be regarded by Nietzsche in the same fashion.

He would be fair and balanced, and give them both syphilis - which is what drove him insane and eventually killed him.
Then, the three of them could collaborate on writing incoherent, schizophrenic essays. These essays would in turn be scrutinized by philosophers for centuries, until someone posted a question like this:
"If Nietzsche, Lindsay Lohan, and Hillary Duff were alive, would they side with Lindsay's or Hillary's descendants in their celebrity catfight?"
Then, one of my descendants would write this down.
