I called because a amount that I was charged was supposed to of been voided out because I was charged the wrong amount. The amount is now pending in my account making my account be in the negative. This isn't my fault I didn't make the purchase, I was charged the wrong amount when I took my daughter to the doctor on monday. The woman voided it out and now the bank has put the amount on a hold and it is putting my account in the negative. The woman I spoke to at the bank was not helpful and could of cared less that my account was in the negative, so I hung up on her. Was it wrong of me?

No I don't think so but there may have been better ways to handle it. There just isn't anyone in the service industry anymore that know how to be helpful and give good service to anyone! I know how frustrating it can be and I have handled similar situations they very same way so don't be too hard on yourself.

If you did not accomplishment your goals,if you were rude, then maybe it wasn't the best choice. If I was in this situation,I would call back and ask to speak with a manager, anyone who can get to the bottom of this problem and solve it. Your goal is not to try and upset another person,as someone has alluded,to. That is so childish and accomplishes nothing. You may want to try what I have suggested. It's your money, you have questions and you need answers. Good luck, friend.

My goal when I am in pursuit of a goal by telephone is to get the OTHER person so annoyed, aggravated, and frustrated that THEY hang up on ME. This is true victory. When you hung up on the woman at the bank she won and you lost.

Call back and keep harping the same point over and over so long without stopping that SHE blows a gasket, spins out of control, and loses it. This would be an accomplishment.

Yes, you were rude. You should have held your tongue and your ground. They generally tape record that type of call, you could have complained about her customer no-service attitude. I believe you still can, obviously she needs more training.

Yeah, that was rude. I think you know it too, because it's bothering your consciousness and you're asking about it on a web-site. It's ok though, happens to the best of us.

No, sounds like something I would have done. Don't sound like she was doing her job. She's suppose to help you in anyway she can.
