Cook some Basmatti Rice, and cook some frozen mixed veggies of your choice. Bake some chicken wings, when they are about half done, brush some orange marmalade over them, and finish baking. Put the cooked rice on a platter, arrange the veggies around the outside of the rice, drizzle a little olive oil over the veggies, and a little Mrs. dash for seasoning. set the baked chicken wings in the center of the rice. For desert, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream, in a small bowl, put a heaping tablespoon of strawberry preserves on top, then take a mug or tea cup, put a couple of spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff in it add a little boiling water, just enough to melt it into a marshmallow sauce, and pour it over the preserves, top with one round slice of banana and you have the poor man's banana split.

Go to kraftfoods.com. They have great ideas and you can type in a certain ingredient like chicken and it'll give you chicken recipes. Its pretty much the only recipe page I use. You can create your own recipe box too. Try this combo from them: Stuffed Chicken Breasts Primavera, Easy Creamy Baked Asparagus, Grilled Parmesan Vegetables, Chocolate Bombe. Just type those one by one in their search engine and you'll have some great recipes. The chicken is divine and the Bombe is one of my favorite desserts ever. I found with it though I used 3 packs pudding instead of 1 in the Bombe. Good luck!

No Problem quick and easy for dinner, 1 box of tuna helper, 3 cans of albacore tuna ( it's the best) and you need 1 cup of mixed veggies to put in also and just follow the directions on the box from there, and for dinner just grab a apple pie from the bakery at the store and some vanilla ice cream for a la mode. bon appetite.

You make spaghetti. Then you make bacon very crispy and break it into small pieces. Then melt butter and parmesan cheese (and garlic if you want), then mix it all together, it is very easy, and very delicious. It's sorta like Fettucini carbonara "ghetto style". Then go to the store and get a drumstick ice-crream cone. DO IT! DO IT!! NOW! ! No seriously, it's very good, and easy. You'll eat it all the time after you try it.

When I get like this I always make something easy, like weiney wraps. It's hot dogs wrapped in cheese and cresent rolls. Cook them like the cresent roll directions say. It's a winner and kids love it. Then give them cookies, slightly warmed in the mircowave and then top with vanilla ice cream.

Easy, throw some chicken in a frying pan and cook it till it's done. Then put BBQ sause on it. While that is cooking - microwave some potatoes. ... Or go to Wendy's - they have many healthy options and a huge dollar menu.
