That I will die one day.

The only thing I know for certain is that nothing is certain. The only thing I have no doubt about is that there is always doubt. Science & religion are both filled with holes. One disproves the other. Generalizations about life can be torn down by specifics. There is always an exception to the rule. There are no absolutes. Nothing is true all the time.

Despite all this, I trust science, believe in God and live for love yet none of them has ever given me a guarantee, nor do I expect them to...

I'm a sportsman, an ultra-runner. There is one thing in me that I believe is true without any doubt and this keeps me so alive ! I've always believe I am capable of running around the world. Many years ago, I thought of running across USA and without any doubt I believed I can do it. I did it in 87 days from New York City to Los Angeles City running 4,600 kilometers, doing an average of 53 kilometers each day. It's a nice feeling when you know something is doable and even you don't have to do it, you can say to yourself " the truth is I can do it, I have no doubt about it".
It's an exciting life when you have something like this going. You feel like it's a blessing and you can't seem to understand why you have such gift.

Without a doubt I know just because I believe something doesn't make it true.

Truthfully though I believe anything can be doubted even if there is no reasonable merit for the doubt.

Without the possibility of doubt I believe that intelligent consciousness can not exist without the possibility of doubt; doubt is the means of question, the drive to fabricate question, the anti-ego in opposition to the ego.

1. God exists! i never doubt this one because faith is stronger than reason. there is doubt when someone tries to find some reason. I never doubt cause I don't need reasons, faith is enough.
2. When there's a beginning, definitely there would be an end. beginning and end are inseparable. something begins to finally go to an end

Hi Becky,
I know for a certainty,
without a doubt, that
at this very moment
and for the next seconds
I am and will be answering
your question. After that,
there is no certainty -- I could
have a heart attack, the lights
could go off, you name it, it
could happen, and we are not
to know until then.
So, that's it.
Oh, and I know, as well, that
I'll spell check....:)
P.S. no errors, how's that?

I believe there is a God, who is the most powerful, most loving and most wonderful being.
And I also believe that every action has a reaction in this world. And this includes the fact that the action of living has the reaction of dying.

God is real. Jesus is his son and he died on the cross for our sins. Without a shadow of doubt, I believe this is true.
