There was once a joke about a man with 3 testicles who want into a bar and challenged everyone there to a bet that between him and the bartender they had 5 testicles. After he collected a lot of bet money against him, the bartender whispered in his ear "I hope that you have 4 testicles since I have only 1."
Does that count as such a dude?
