Give your parents the "I'm feeling a lot more responsible now" speech. Point out that you need experience handling and saving money, it will help you with your future life. Be sincere and start nodding your head when it appears that they are winding up with their "money lecture." In short, suck up.

Go to garage sales and sell comic books at your school. Thats what I did back when I was a kid in elementary.
Then in high school I went up to selling cigarettes and alcohol blackmarket prices.

have u tried asking ur parents about more responabilty around the house to raise it? if not try it when they see ur hnest about it they may give u more and raise it

You might start by talking to your folks... Maybe you can agree to more housework for more pay. You should also say why you need more cash, if it is a worthwhile reason they might be convinced.
