i have this friend and i am like always mean to her an the thing is i dont even know why i am so mean to her . my best friend has noticed it and so has the friend i am mean to. i am trying not to be mean but im not totally sure if it is working.

ur mean to her b/c u really like her and u feel comfortable enough around her to be mean (or honest, depending on ohw u look at it). im really nice to people i don't no, but im kinda mean to my friends. its not that im mean, im just honest and don't lie just to make them feel good.
in the end, they appericate honesty more, even if its mean

You are obviously taking her friendship for granted and don't care about her feelings. Do you have some issues with her and take it out by treating her badly? You need to come to terms as to why you treat her this way. If that doesn't work go and find a new friend that meets your standards

I used to be mean too but after I moved to a new school i started to be nice. You probably not try and say something mean.

u must not like her.Or ur taking advatage of the fact that she's allowing u 2 do it.Stop its not funny and her self esteem must be low because i wouldve cursed ur a** out and kept it moving.Stop that.
