Absolutely there are times! But, I consider those little insanities of mine as part of my growth and the other ME...hehehe
Hey, all of us have these little insanities in our life. We tend not to mind and listen to those...:)

In the field of Psychology insanity/sanity does not exist. Insanity/Sanity exists in the courtroom for defendents to use in there case. Either a judge or jury determine if a person is sane or insane based upon a recommendation by a qualified person. This is just a recommendation not a diagnosis.

Yeah I have. It was during a very difficult time in my life...my father was dying and I was taking stock of my life feeling like it was going down the tubes like flushing a toilet...that I had not accomplished anything...I also had started new meds around the same time for depression and they started to work at some point and I went through a period where I did not know what to do with myself because I was feeling so good...that did not make sense to me at all and I wound up doing some very irrational things...fortunately they were not so bad I got into trouble just looking back it feels like a bad dream...I do not wanna go through that ever again!
In retrospect I chalk it up to experience and very very delayed growing pains. If you are feeling so out of control hon you need to talk to a therapist. It does help to put things into perspective.

Could you be depressed, or have bad suicidal thoughts or trying to harm someone?
Have you gone through major hectic problems in your life with a lot of emotional turmoil, and your body, mind just can't handle it?
Do you feel you need to speak to someone about your problems and what you are feeling, because it's a feeling that never goes away?
Go see a counselor or psychiatrist only if these are persisten problems on a daily basis such as bad thoughts, depression which affect your life and work. Peace and blessings.

yes. usually when i get to that point i find STRESS is the culprit. this january i nearly had a nervous breakdown due to stress. i was in the process of moving 300 miles away from home (i'd never moved before that), i just got done working xmas season in retail and i wasn't sure if i was going to have a job when i came down here. after learning i was going to be able to transfer, i couldn't start back for 2 weeks because i was on the brink of insanity. and when i did go back i had to take xanax first thing in the morning just to make it in to work. so.... i hope that helps.

Yea. Sometimes i wonder if there is something wrong with me simply because it's possible. And if that were true I might not even notice. However in the end i decided that if i was then it either was not noticable to others or that whatever rights to insanity i possess they are not harmfull. =)

If you feel this way, I would strongly suggest that you need to talk about it with a professional. I'd start with my Doctor and be very honest with him/her as to what your feelings are and take their advice. Since you are obviously concerned about this, it would be the best thing to do. There is no shame in asking for help from the medical profession about any problem you have, or think you have. So, get thee to your Doctor! That's what they are there for! (That's what I did-------and it helped!)

Ok this is what many of us overlook and that is - we are colored by our environment. Meaning that it is important to be aware of whom we are keeping company with and if such individuals are what I call "Crazy Makers"....They can range from family Friends - and so on...Crazy makers break deals and destroy schedules, they expect special treatment, Spend your time and money, discount your reality and above all triangulate those they deal with. Because crazy makers thrive on energy (your energy), they tend to set people against each other in order to maintain their own power position dead center...Crazy makers are expert blamers, create dramas, *but seldom where they belong. They deny they are Crazy makers. Perhaps the next time you catch yourself saying or thinking, "He/she is driving me crazy!" ask yourself what creative work you are trying to block by your involvement.
