Stop eating everything but fresh fruit, veggies, tofu & 2 cups of brown rice a day. Run miles daily. That'll do the trick mighty quickly!

Unless you starve yourself!! But that's NOT the answer obviously.
Do you drink alot of soda?
If you cut back on that and sugary drinks it will help immensely!
My friend did that for two months and lost about 20 pounds all in all!
Just from cutting back on soda! It was crazy....
But yes, hope that helps you and try looking up some exercises made especially for those specific areas. Seventeen.com has really good exercises, eating plans, and a whole bunch more to get fit!

Well first of all is this to impress someone? Well have you heard of lay of the extra fries? Well that's not the answer it's not good to have extra weight neighter less. You should believe in yourself! Did you know that if you were to lose more body weight you could have a heart attack!! And the same as if you gain to much so be wise stay yourself and workout and eat whatever just stay in shape!

Ok here it is I lost over 60 pounds in 2 months,,, this is really what i did... I did not drink any soda not one drop all water!!!! and i mean all......... No sweets what so ever absolutly none!!!! I did not work out i did not starve!! I ate alot of salad with no dressing, and alot of chicken grilled!! and plenty of vegies, it really sucked but for two months it was well worth it!!!

Breakfast
1 bread (can be a bagel, piece of toast, cup of cereal)
1 fruit (any kind)
1 protein (piece of bacon-ham-sausage-chicken-cheese any kind)
Lunch
1 protein (chicken-hamburger-cheese any kind meat)
1 fruit (any kind)
1 bread (1/2 burger bun-crackers- any kind bread, but 1 piece)
1 vegetable ( salad-celery stick-any vegetable)
Dinner
1 protein (piece of meat cooked any way you like)
1 vegetable (salad or any vegetable, no butter)
1 fruit (applesauce-melon-berries, any fruit -1 portion or piece)

I recently started college and changed my diet rapidly.. One plate of food at each meal try some salad maybe.... Less carbonated beverages if possible... Heck I lost 15 lbs in about 3 1/2 weeks doing that.

reduce the amount of calories and carbs in your diet, then at least 5 days a week you should do these things"
1)At least 20-30 minutes of cardio
2)Strength training
Also drink plenty of water and push yourself as hard as you can when exercising. It's hard but you can do it! Good luck

Low carb will get you to loose that pretty easy and you can eat regular foods..non-breaded meat, eggs, salad, greenbeans, strawberries etc. the tummy thing requires situps and twist. You can find info at tons of places online.

yes you can. eat for breakfast 6 boiled egg whites, a baked chicken breast, 1/3 bowl of oat meal with 1 pack of artificial sweetner, 2 quaker rice cakes with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter on each. lunch 1 1/2 cups of steamed mixed veggies and 1 baked hamburger patty. snak 1/2 a can of unsweetened fruit cocktail. supper, 1cup brown rice low sodium chicken bouillon to cook rice 8oz. shimp 2 cloves of garlic 3 teaspoons canola oil to saute' garlic and shimplemon juice, 1 cup summer sqash, steamed 1cup raspberries 8oz 1% milk. this will help you loose plenty of weight and is healthy for you.
