Try not to touch your skin that much. You know what really works? try to lemon, lime and potato wedges to your acne spots and it will improve your skin. Also toothpaste act as a mask, drawing impurities out of the skin. It may also dry the skin lightly as it does so, which can reduce the size of a pimple. Also watch your diet , Your diet should be a healthy mix of all four food groups with a good dose of fresh fruits and vegetables when possible. Chocolate and oily foods don’t actually cause acne, but it never hurts to eat right and take care of your body.

Take a rag and wet it with hot water then dab it on your face tightly so the hot air is pressing against it.
Do this for about 5 minutes.
Afterwards, rub an ice cube on it for 15 minutes.
If after two-four days it's still not gone, see a doc ASAP.

Justin is kind of right. It is a pimple that grows sideways along the surface (not up and down like regular pimples), the only way to get rid of this is to take a needle and carefully prick the skin to release the pimple. My recommendation is to go to a beauty therapist to get this done as it is so eay to scar yourself .

By all means see a dermatologist and let him make the determination. If it is smooth and white It could be one of several different forms of of skin cancer or pre-cancerous lesions or it could be nothing. Obviously you are concerned about it or you wouldn't have asked this question, so for your own peace of mind please see a professional.

Take a small needle, clean it and the spot with alcohol. Open the spot with the needle by picking the skin over the top of the spot untill the hard white lump is visible and lift it out. Done it many times.

Have a dermatologist check it out- could be a blemish, could be harmless, make sure it's not skin cancer.
